At the heart of Participate Community mission is a strong commitment to helping persons with disabilities lead dignified and independent lives. The PC provides supportive services that include homemaker assistance, personal care, medical monitoring, transportation, and other needed services. All these are designed to maximize each individual’s ability to live independently in their own homes or residential settings and enjoy full participation in all aspects of life.
